| Can I order by email or phone? You can place an order by email and a payment request will be sent with PayPal or Google Checkout. We do not have the banking services to take orders over the phone. |

| Are there any discounts available? There is a 10% discount on any repeat orders. So every order after your first order will receive a 10% discount. |

| Can I submit a design not on a template? You can just send what you have. Please bear in mind this may increase the turnaround time of your order and please insure it is a large image. |

| How many designs can I have in one order? You can use as many designs as you want but there is a charge for more than 5 designs in one order. £2.00 for every extra design over 5 designs. |

| What is the average turnaround time? The average turnaround time for an order with free delivery is 6-10 working days. For more information about other turnaround times, please see the prices page. |

| How fast can my order be delivered? 24, 48 and 72 hour express delivery is available at extra cost. You can also choose to upgrade to 1st class postage to reduce the turnaround time to 4-8 working days. |
